📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sustainable mining and processing strategies for tin and rare earth elements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for new projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to secure necessary permits and certifications.
• Monitor and report on environmental and social performance metrics.
• Provide technical guidance to the mining and processing teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive operational efficiency.
• Represent BMR in industry forums and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the mining or mineral processing industry.
• Certification in environmental management (e.g., ISO 14001) or sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with tin and rare earth elements processing technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with mining software such as Vulcan, Surpac, or similar.
