YIELD Cemerlang is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, maintaining vehicle records, and coordinating with drivers and maintenance teams. This is a full-time position located in Bintaro, Banten.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles.,Maintain and update vehicle records, including maintenance schedules and fuel usage.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of routes, schedules, and any changes.,Monitor vehicle performance and report any issues to the maintenance team.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and have valid licenses and permits.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team as needed.,Conduct regular audits of the fleet to ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proficient in using fleet management software.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
