Cloud Express Unggul is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our team in Yogyakarta. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Provide HR support during employee turnover processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
