📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure we have access to the best products and services.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that procurement processes align with business objectives.,Manage procurement budgets and ensure that spending is in line with approved budgets.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations to ensure that we are receiving the best value for money.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering, contract management, and supplier evaluation.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
