📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the tax department, overseeing all tax-related activities and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies and plans to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits for the company.,Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns for the company, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify potential risks and opportunities for tax planning.,Provide guidance and support to the finance team on tax-related matters and ensure accurate and timely reporting.,Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations, and proactively identify changes that may impact the company.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and other relevant stakeholders.,Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their tax knowledge and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in using tax software and systems is a plus.,Certification in tax-related courses or programs is a plus.
