As the Manager - Environmental Strategic Projects, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive environmental strategies. You'll leverage your expertise in environmental regulations, GIS, and environmental impact assessment to ensure our projects meet the highest environmental standards. ๐ Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead the development and execution of strategic environmental projects, ensuring alignment with AMMAN's sustainability goals.
- Develop and maintain environmental management systems (EMS) to ensure compliance with national and international regulations.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIA) and environmental management plans (EMP) for mining projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, communities, and local authorities, to foster positive environmental outcomes.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Stay updated with the latest environmental regulations and industry best practices to ensure AMMAN remains at the forefront of sustainability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring environmental considerations are integrated into all project phases.
- Represent AMMAN in environmental forums and conferences, both locally and internationally.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in the mining industry.
- Professional certification in environmental management, such as Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) or similar.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, including those set by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) and international standards like ISO 14001.
- Proficient in using GIS software, such as ArcGIS, for environmental data analysis and mapping.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with government agencies, communities, and local authorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative environmental solutions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
