📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
