📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and warehouse activities.,Support the Logistics Coordinator in developing and implementing logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of logistics documentation, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and inventory reports.,Participate in the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Provide administrative support to the Logistics Coordinator, including scheduling, meeting arrangements, and other related tasks.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes through the identification and implementation of best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain-related role.,Strong understanding of logistics principles, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation management.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with logistics software and systems is a plus.
