📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure that store shelves are stocked and organized.
• Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.
• Ensure that the store meets all health and safety regulations.
• Promote new products and services to increase sales.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or beauty advisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with beauty and fragrance products and industry trends.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a similar field is a plus.
