Brand Associate - Event Sales & Marketing

As a Brand Associate, you'll be responsible for managing booth setups, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that our clients' products and services are showcased in the most appealing and effective manner. You'll also be responsible for engaging with our event attendees, gathering valuable feedback, and providing our clients with actionable insights to improve their marketing strategies. With your strong communication and interpersonal skills, you'll be able to build strong relationships with our clients and our event attendees, helping us to create memorable and impactful experiences for all.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage booth setups and ensure that our clients' brands are showcased in the most appealing and effective manner.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure that all event activities run smoothly.
• Engage with event attendees and gather valuable feedback for our clients.
• Provide our clients with actionable insights and recommendations to improve their marketing strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing event activities, including product launches, networking events, and trade shows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and our event attendees.
• Ensure that our clients' marketing goals are met and exceeded.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a trade show or event environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and event attendees.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passion for sales and marketing, and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work well in a team and a positive attitude.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
