📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and oversee the construction of new facilities and the renovation of existing ones.
  • Ensure that all construction projects comply with local building codes and regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and safety of our facilities.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress and maintenance activities to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that construction and maintenance activities do not disrupt daily operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the civil engineering field.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD or other design software.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
