📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate 2D and 3D architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure drawings reflect design intent and technical specifications.
• Prepare detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
• Generate 3D visualizations and renderings to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Review and revise drawings to meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Ensure drawings are up-to-date and properly documented.
• Assist in the preparation of construction estimates and cost analyses.
• Support project coordination and communication with contractors and subcontractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion).
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction practices and regulations.
