Stripe is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Abuse Control Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers who work on preventing and mitigating abuse and fraud on our platform. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact team that helps keep Stripe's platform secure and trustworthy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of engineers working on abuse control and fraud prevention,Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of our abuse control systems,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and integrity of Stripe's platform,Mentor and develop the skills of your team members,Drive innovation and best practices in the field of abuse control and fraud prevention,Work closely with product and design teams to understand and address user needs,Monitor and analyze abuse trends to identify and mitigate potential risks,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the tech industry,Experience in managing teams responsible for fraud prevention or abuse control,Strong understanding of security principles and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities,Experience with cloud-based systems and technologies,Familiarity with machine learning and data analysis techniques
