PT Sawit Kreasi is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Sidoarjo. This is an immediate opening for a talented individual who is passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to our company's growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and reviewing applications.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training records.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, in collaboration with the HR Manager.,Handle employee relations matters, including addressing grievances and conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.,Support the HR Manager in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing HR documentation and correspondence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must; English proficiency is a plus.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
