📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Support the organization in achieving its diversity and inclusion goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
