As a Lead HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing our human resources operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and performance.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
