📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and advise on complex leasing transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct due diligence on potential clients and transactions to mitigate risks.
• Draft and negotiate leasing agreements, ensuring clarity and enforceability.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to business units on transactional matters.
• Monitor and report on legal and regulatory developments that may impact our operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processing.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in the leasing sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal roles within the leasing or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international leasing laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with legal software and tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
