As our Online Order Administration Staff, you'll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online order processes. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure accurate order processing, inventory management, and customer support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process online orders efficiently using our in-house Order Management System (OMS).
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate order details and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and update our inventory management software (IMS) accordingly.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
• Generate and maintain accurate reports on order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with retail software and systems, such as OMS and IMS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
