Indonesia Rubber is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join our team in Ambon. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary operations. As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.,Support in special event preparations and catering services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Willingness to work remote and follow company guidelines.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
