🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role,Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Familiarity with HR management and personnel policies,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
