📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business goals.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
