📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote credit products and services.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the credit market.
• Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive credit sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of credit products and services, including loans, credit cards, and other financial products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
