📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Manage and analyze customer data using Salesforce and HubSpot to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and maintain customer profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Segment customers based on behavior and preferences to tailor marketing efforts.
• Generate and analyze performance reports to measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM processes.
• Provide training and support to staff on CRM tools and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in CRM to drive innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM systems, with a focus on Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in Salesforce Administrator or HubSpot CRM is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.
