📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support brand growth and customer engagement
• Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush
• Create and manage social media content calendars for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling brand narratives and storytelling concepts
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including events and promotions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Provide support to the marketing team in achieving departmental goals and objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internships or entry-level positions are acceptable)
• Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as Hootsuite, Canva, and Mailchimp
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
