In this role, you’ll handle cash transactions efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system, while also providing outstanding guest service. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with a smile. With a focus on both operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating positive experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring every customer feels welcome and valued.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Assist with table setup and breakdown to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor and report cash discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
• Promote our menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front-of-house or cashier role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiasm for culinary arts and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a team-oriented setting.
