📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze samples for flavor extraction and quality control using HPLC, GC-MS, and other advanced laboratory equipment.
• Conduct sensory evaluations to assess product quality and flavor profiles.
• Assist in the development and validation of analytical methods for flavor and quality control.
• Collaborate with the QC and R&D teams to ensure compliance with international quality standards.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Document and report test results and findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your analytical skills.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in flavor extraction and quality control.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, and sensory evaluation.
• Familiarity with international quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, IFS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
