📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the coordination and management of logistics operations, including inventory management and order processing using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Support the logistics team in planning and executing transportation routes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Provide administrative support to the logistics department, including data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of logistics strategies and plans.
• Assist in the organization and execution of logistics events and activities.
• Support the logistics team in achieving operational goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant internship or work experience in logistics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of logistics principles and practices.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and QuickBooks is a plus.
• Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
