📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and nearby restaurants
• Guide guests to their rooms and assist with any luggage or special requests

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a Host/Hostess or similar position
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
