In this role, you'll work closely with our pharmacists and skincare specialists to prepare and dispense medications, consult with clients about their skincare routines, and maintain the clinic's inventory. You'll also be responsible for ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, from stocking shelves to assisting with patient check-ins. This is a hands-on role that offers a fantastic mix of administrative tasks and direct patient interaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications and skincare products as prescribed by our pharmacists and skincare specialists.
• Consult with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain accurate records of all medications dispensed and client consultations.
• Stock and organize the pharmacy shelves, ensuring all products are properly labeled and displayed.
• Assist with patient check-ins, including greeting clients and guiding them through the consultation process.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the clinic operates efficiently and meets all regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and product knowledge to provide the best advice to clients.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment for all clients and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, preferably in a skincare or beauty clinic.
• Knowledge of Indonesian pharmacy regulations and good medical practices.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with using pharmacy management software, such as Medis or similar systems.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced clinic setting.
• Certification in basic first aid and CPR is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, as our clinic serves an international clientele.
