Maintenance and Electrical Coordinator

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance and electrical activities across the shipyard, batching plant, and maritime facilities.
• Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Manage a team of maintenance and electrical technicians, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues and address them before they become major problems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, collaborating with engineers and technicians to find effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety audits and providing training to staff.
• Use SAP PM, AutoCAD, and MS Project to manage maintenance schedules, inventory, and project timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, spare parts, and equipment history.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and electrical coordination, preferably in the shipyard, batching plant, or maritime sectors.
• Certification in electrical safety and maintenance practices, such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
• Proven experience with SAP PM, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry-specific safety regulations and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
